Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for each event. There is nothing to cancel.
What counts as a guest?
With an open link, each pass added to a wallet. With invite-only, each person on your guest list.
What if more people show up than I paid for?
We warn you before you reach your limit. Guests past the limit see “You're on the list” and get their pass as soon as you move up a size. Nobody who already has a pass loses it.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move to a bigger size, or from an open link to invite-only, at any time. You pay only the difference between the two prices.
Do updates and notifications cost extra?
No. Change the time, the place or send an announcement as often as you need.
What if I have more than 250 guests?
Choose invite-only: it costs $109 for the first 250 guests plus $0.30 for each guest after that.
